Position: Store General Manager

Location: Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

The Store General Manager will lead and oversee all store operations within a large-format retail environment, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, KPI performance, and exceptional customer experience.

This role is responsible for driving store profitability through strong leadership, commercial execution, and operational excellence. The Store Manager will ensure seamless coordination across departments while maintaining high standards in merchandising, inventory management, and overall store performance.


Job Description:

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth execution of all retail activities
  • Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, and sales productivity
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer concerns
  • Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and execute promotional campaigns effectively
  • Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams for smooth operations
  • Monitor store KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
  • Manage store operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of retail experience, preferably in large-format or multi-category environments
  • Proven experience in store management or senior retail leadership roles
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving KPI performance
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales and customer experience
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and store processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
