We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead store staff, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient store functioning, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff including cashiers and sales teams.
• Prepare work schedules and manage shift planning.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and cleanliness.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Conduct stock counts, reduce shrinkage, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of retail experience with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules.
