Store Manager – Techroid Store Gold Crest Mall

Diputech is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to lead its team at Gold Crest Mall, DHA Phase 4 – Lahore. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, promoting Xiaomi and Apple products, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Provide expert assistance to customers on Xiaomi and Apple products including smartphones, earbuds, smartwatches, and accessories.
• Ensure effective product displays and a clean, organized store environment.
• Handle inventory management, including stock tracking and replenishment.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor staff performance and report on store sales and progress to management.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role (preferably in tech or electronics).
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with Apple and Xiaomi product ranges is preferred.
• Presentable and enthusiastic personality with a tech-savvy mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.

Location: Techroid Store Gold Crest Mall

Timings: Flexible timings (11 am-7 pm) OR (3 pm-11 pm)
