Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and lead a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns and sales strategies to meet store targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Manage the store's financial performance, including profit and loss, budgeting, and expense management.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role in retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
