Store Manager

Primary Focus: Sales & Revenue Generation

• Full P&L/Sales Responsibility: Take complete ownership of the store's sales targets, profitability (P&L), and operational budget.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective in-store sales strategies to maximize revenue from walk-in traffic and local business leads.
• Customer Conversion: Personally handle critical customer interactions, including large or complex sales, ensuring high conversion rates for walk-in leads.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to the regional management.

Customer Experience & Technical Demonstrations

• Front-Line Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact and expert for all walk-in customers, assessing their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
• Expert Technical Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, hands-on, and easy-to-understand demonstrations of home automation products and systems, clearly explaining their technical features, benefits, and integration capabilities.
• Home Automation Consulting: Serve as the store's resident expert, providing consultative sales advice on smart home ecosystems, including lighting, security, climate control, and audio/visual integration.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve complex customer inquiries, technical questions, and product suitability challenges, leveraging their deep product knowledge.

Management & Operations

• Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, coach, and manage the store team to ensure they are proficient in sales techniques, customer service, and basic product technical knowledge.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising (ensuring the home automation display is functional and engaging), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and general store cleanliness/maintenance.
• Product & Stock Management: Ensure the right mix of products is in stock, manage ordering, and coordinate with suppliers/warehouses, especially for specialized home automation components.
• Compliance: Ensure the store operates in full compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
