Store Officer

• Arrangement of the goods, warehouse, equipment, staff, etc. as per the standard defined standard operating procedure
• Maintaining the proper store records and inventory as per the company's policy.
• Keeping a record of inward and outward material. Gate pass, material loss report, material damage report.
• Maintain proper stock levels of materials (minimum, maximum, average, danger, reorder level) and inform to Project Manager Prepare the stock turnover ratio. Avoid the store’s losses (normal, abnormal)
• Reporting of inventory closing on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis to Project Manager. Executing store and inventory audit on monthly basis.
• Generating material reconciliation report of monthly basis.
• Issues Gate pass for store material and maintain a record Maintain a good relationship with Site Staff Ensure chemical and hazardous goods are stored separately as per MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and adhere to Safety policies while handling, storing, and transporting these goods.
• Monitors and pro‐actively takes actions in response to site needs/ requests for material
• Maintaining the outside area of the stores and yard in a safe clean and tidy condition.

Requirement

• B.Sc. or Technical diploma
• Minimum 3 years experience in Store and inventory management
• Good Communication skills.
• Must have strong knowledge of computerized store activities with inventory management and should be proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
