Purpose:

INTERSCAN is looking for an expert in advance excel store officer to handle industrial air compressors and its spare parts who maintains all inventories and store activities. Control and monitor store items proper identification traceability and safe custody of all store item to give best services to their customer.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having Technical, analytical and communication skill related to operate Ms Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook & Internet
  • Custodian of the Company’s assets.
  • Follow company policies and code of conduct.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for proper control of all stored items.
  • Ability to understand and implement instructions received form high management
  • Responsible to comply and follow Standard Operating Procedures of Store and Import & Purchase Procedure as per defined roles).
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures, and conformance with stock keeping standards
  • Responsible for receiving original/ warranty/agency certificates for parts where deemed necessary.
  • Responsible that procedures, storage conditions and practices comply with company and regulatory requirements;
  • Liaison with technical and other related divisions to monitor performance of stores services.
  • Ensure the store is adequately secured on a day to day basis.
  • Responsible of each and every document of store and stock filing system.
  • Ensure consumables are made available at any time;
  • Responsible and accountable for keeping accurate and complete records of respective business activities in accordance with the Company Policy.
  • Responsible to submit fortnightly inventory report to the management, TSD, TSE & finance for their planning.
  • To remind / highlight the record point , minimum and maximum inventory level
  • Keep an eye on slow moving items and update management regarding this so that proper planning could be made to get rid of the dead stock
  • Monitoring and maintain maximum / minimum stock / stationery level (offset/ general) of all items
  • Responsible that procedure, storage conditions and practices comply with company and regulatory requirement.
  • Ensure that delivery challan must be prepared and hand over to the admin department for dispatch along with consignment
  • Maintain Inventory ledger manual as well as on computer on daily basis
  • Maintain record of company mobiles and Sims and responsible of issuance of the same as per proper requisition. Accordingly ensure proper working of mobile sets and activation of Sims (incase of recharge is to be required then follow proper procedure of cash reimbursement via requisition).
  • New control and procedures / suggestions with related to store is highly expected and appreciable.
  • Maintain sales tax purchase and sales register on daily basis
  • Coordinate, and evaluate the inventory control programs and other technical aspects of the software while company intent to developing software.
  • Ensure availability of SO at any time (Day/ night) incase of urgency.
  • Any other assignment given by the management.
