Store Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive Store Supervisor to join our International Footwear Client's new store opening in Abu Dhabi on September 1st. The Store Supervisor will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and help lead the team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with Company’s policies and procedures
• Supervise and support the sales team, providing guidance and on-the-job coaching
• Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities to help achieve sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and support loss prevention efforts
• Execute visual merchandising and in-store displays according to company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
• Support the Store Manager with administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisor or senior sales role, preferably in fashion or footwear
• Strong team supervision and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
• Arabic is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
