Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations of the Engineering Store, ensuring efficient management of inventory, spares, and materials. This role involves coordinating purchasing activities, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records to support the maintenance and repair (R&M) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Engineering Store.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels, including engineering spares.
• Handle purchase order creation, tracking, and issuance for R&M requirements.
• Oversee material receiving, verification, and issuance to relevant departments.
• Ensure accurate logging of invoices, delivery challans, and related documentation.
• Implement best practices for store management and compliance with company policies.
