Storekeeper

Job description:

We are seeking an organized, experienced Storekeeper with a very keen eye detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work with to strict deadlines to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Purchasing all kinds of food products & beverages Knowledge in the central purchase.
• Finding new sources of food suppliers.
• Ensuring the products are delivered on time.
• Grabbing the food products for the best price in the market.
• Negotiate with the suppliers and make available all promotions.
• Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned with the company's food and beverage objectives.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Develop and implement purchasing to support procurement initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare statistical and other reports in a comprehensive and accurate manner
• To support the development of a strategic approach to souring products services and suppliers including the establishment of quality standards, vendor’s prices and alternative supplier options.

Job Requirements:

• English speaking and has minimum 2 years’ experience
• Qualification: Graduate
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of any reputed procurement software.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting
• Experienced in Food Industry is plus

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
