Job description:
We are seeking an organized, experienced Storekeeper with a very keen eye detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work with to strict deadlines to join our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchasing all kinds of food products & beverages Knowledge in the central purchase.
- Finding new sources of food suppliers.
- Ensuring the products are delivered on time.
- Grabbing the food products for the best price in the market.
- Negotiate with the suppliers and make available all promotions.
- Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned with the company's food and beverage objectives.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Develop and implement purchasing to support procurement initiatives across the organization.
- Prepare statistical and other reports in a comprehensive and accurate manner
- To support the development of a strategic approach to souring products services and suppliers including the establishment of quality standards, vendor’s prices and alternative supplier options.
Job Requirements:
- English speaking and has minimum 2 years’ experience
- Qualification: Graduate
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of any reputed procurement software.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting
- Experienced in Food Industry is plus

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
