Astro Offshore is seeking a proactive storekeeper to manage, receive, inspect, store, and distribute goods in our Abu Dhabi warehouse. The role involves ensuring proper documentation, stock control, and warehouse organization. Requires a UAE driving license, warehouse experience, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory and safety procedures.
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage methods.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.

Prepare and pack orders for distribution, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to internal departments or external customers.

Maintain a clean and organized storage area, implementing best practices for efficient space utilization and safety.

Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are accurately completed and filed, including bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory logs.

Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols and guidelines.

Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding inventory needs.

Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet specifications and report any discrepancies or damages to management.

Requests quotations for services and products.

Transport and deliver items within the UAE as needed.
Qualifications

UAE driving license required.
Skills and Experience

Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, or related roles.
