Storekeeper

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Store materials in an organized and safe manner as per company procedures
  • Issue materials to departments/sites based on approved requests
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out, balances, and adjustments)
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in physical inventory audits
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and handling of materials
  • Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store/warehouse
  • Prepare daily/weekly stock reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is an advantage)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse operations
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/ERP systems preferred)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle physical stock and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UAE/GCC experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Forklift license is an advantage (if applicable)
