We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material movements while ensuring efficient support for our manufacturing and project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP or any ERP software and possess strong knowledge of inventory management within the construction, interior fit-out, aluminum, façade, or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or any ERP system.
• Issue materials to production teams, project sites, and departments against approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Organize warehouse storage for maximum efficiency, accessibility, and safety.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), delivery documentation, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and provide recommendations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.
• Experience in the interior fit-out, construction, aluminum, façade, glazing, manufacturing, or building materials industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred; experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other ERP systems will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• SAP MM (Materials Management) or equivalent ERP module experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory best practices.
• Understanding of construction and fit-out materials.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
