Storekeeper

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our café’s inventory and store operations. You will handle sensitive culinary stock, manage relationships with local supplier deliveries, and maintain optimal storage conditions for dry goods and perishables. Your role is vital to ensuring our baristas and kitchen staff always have the fresh ingredients they need.

Responsibilities :

• Stock Rotation: Enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to ensure freshness and minimize food waste
• Perishable Management: Monitor expiration dates daily and ensure temperature-controlled storage meets food safety standards
• Receiving & Inspection: Verify daily deliveries of coffee beans, dairy, fresh produce, and pastry against delivery notes
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming food and beverage items for freshness, packaging damage, or temperature breaches
• Inventory Tracking: Count high-value items like specialty coffee beans, syrups, and branded merchandise daily
• Data Management: Update our restaurant management software / POS inventory module accurately
• Order Fulfillment: Issue daily beans, milk, cups, and kitchen supplies to front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Hygiene & Safety: Keep the storeroom, walk-in chillers, and freezers clean, sanitary, and compliant with local health regulations

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Education: High school diploma; certifications in food safety is a plus
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&B storekeeping, café operations, or hospitality inventory
• F&B Knowledge: Strong understanding of food storage regulations, shelf-life management, and cold chain protocols
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with restaurant POS inventory modules or hospitality supply chain software
• ERP Software: Knowledge of Foodics and Odoo ERP software

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
