Qualifications & Experience:
   
- 
   Diploma qualification (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education)
  
- 
   Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or related field
  
- 
   Proficient in English and Arabic.
  
    Key Accountabilities:
   
   Storage and Inventory Management
  
- 
   Organize materials/products systematically across various locations for easy retrieval and timely issuance.
  
- 
   Sort, wrap, and store assigned materials in designated bins, shelves, or storage areas, ensuring their protection.
  
- 
   Implement and maintain a filing system to track goods issued and preserve essential documents.
  
- 
   Continuously monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
  
- 
   Conduct scheduled stock counts to monitor stock levels as needed.
  
- 
   Assist in physical warehouse inventories to ensure efficient work processes.
  
   Quality Control and Compliance
  
- 
   Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
  
- 
   Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
  
- 
   Report any discrepancies or defects to relevant departments.
  
- 
   Ensure cleanliness in the storeroom at all times.
  
- 
   Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and storage requirements.
  
- 
   Issue stationary items and supplies to staff following KFAS policies and procedures, maintaining a log.
  
   Policies, Processes, and Procedures
  
- 
   Adhere to the policies, systems, procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent and controlled execution of work.
  
   Continuous Improvement
  
- 
   Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices, with a focus on international leading practices, process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. Additionally, provide recommendation to the Manager – Administration Affairs.
  
   Documentation & Reporting
  
- 
   Ensure accurate records of inventory transactions, encompassing receipts, withdrawals, and returns, to maintain precise records.
  
- 
   Generate regular reports detailing inventory levels and consumption.
  
- 
   Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Manager – Administration Affairs.
  
   Health, Safety & Environment
  
- 
   Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
