Responsibilities:

Inventory Management
: Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions.

Issuance of Parts
: Issue parts to workshop technicians based on requisitions. Ensure that all issued items are recorded and tracked.

Stock Monitoring
: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Initiate reorder requests as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Documentation and Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Prepare regular reports on inventory status and discrepancies.

Coordination with Suppliers
: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues related to orders.

Safety and Cleanliness
: Ensure that the parts storage area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.

Compliance
: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety standards.
Educational Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma in automotive studies or supply chain management is preferred

Min: 4+ Years experience in automobile luxury brand dealership industry

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage
