Storekeeper - Automobile (Luxury Vehicles)

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management : Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Issuance of Parts : Issue parts to workshop technicians based on requisitions. Ensure that all issued items are recorded and tracked.
  • Stock Monitoring : Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Initiate reorder requests as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Prepare regular reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
  • Coordination with Suppliers : Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Safety and Cleanliness : Ensure that the parts storage area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
  • Compliance : Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety standards.


Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma in automotive studies or supply chain management is preferred
  • Min: 4+ Years experience in automobile luxury brand dealership industry
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage
