Storekeeper - PMV

Doha, Qatar

In this role, your primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and control the PMV stores and stock in a professional manner, ensuring prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to the concerned business units. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and securing maintenance items in line with departmental requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the PMV stores independently, including receiving, issuance, transfers, stocking, ordering, and overall material control.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to minimize both overstocking and unnecessary petty cash purchases.
  • Exercise strict control and management over petty cash purchases related to PMV requirements.
  • Apply stores knowledge, including ROQ, MOL, locator management, and locator capacity.
  • Maintain strong familiarity with PMV-related spare parts and consumables to facilitate procurement, technical evaluation, capacity management, and salvage handling (receipt and resale where applicable).
  • Guide the PMV team on proper processes for material requests and transfers; reject or return for correction any incomplete or inaccurate requests.
  • Provide technical expertise in system management and offer valuable inputs to improve processes and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
