What this job involves

• Assist in gathering and analyzing complex real estate data to support strategic decision making.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the UAE and regional real estate markets.
• Develop financial models and perform quantitative analysis to support real estate investment recommendations.
• Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and reports on property valuation, market analysis and development feasibility.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for client challenges in real estate strategy and operations.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops under the guidance of senior JLL consultants.
• Support the development of proposals for new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Engage in continuous learning about global and local real estate trends and best practices.

Desired skills and experience

• UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in any business related field (graduated within the last two years).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and adapt to changing environments.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate, urban planning or related fields.
