JOB PURPOSE:
The Strategic Partnership Specialist is responsible for supporting the identification and execution of partnership opportunities that align with Virgin Megastore’s business goals. He/she conducts research, assists in partnership discussions, coordinates implementation efforts, and helps maintain ongoing relationships that contribute to brand value and customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in researching and identifying potential strategic partners within the retail and entertainment ecosystems.

Gather and analyze market data to support partnership evaluation and decision-making.

Help maintain ongoing communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Contribute to the administrative and operational follow-up of partnership initiatives.

Support in preparing presentations, partnership proposals, and agreement summaries for review.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper rollout of partnership initiatives.

Track and document the progress of partnerships, flagging challenges and opportunities to relevant teams.

Help collect and organize feedback on partnership outcomes and assist in preparing performance reports.

Stay informed on market trends, new entrants, and competitor activity to highlight potential areas for collaboration.

Support with internal documentation and compliance reviews related to active partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS :

Fluency in English. Arabic, and French is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proven track record of successfully negotiating and implementing strategic partnerships

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.

Two to four years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development, or a similar role in the retail industry
