What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a colleague for our Strategic Procurement Team !

Drive category strategies and supplier market intelligence to generate measurable cost savings and business value.

• Develop category strategies,
• Conduct spend, cost, and benchmark analyses using digital analytics tools (Power BI, SAP),
• Identify cost optimization initiatives and track realized savings,
• Develop supplier market insights and sustainability levers for strategic decision-making (supported by market intelligence platforms),
• Coordinate across all distribution companies to consolidate demand and stocks,
• Coordinate strategic negotiations for group-level agreements,
• Support CoE in designing data-driven dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, BA, Supply Chain or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years experience in strategic sourcing or category management,
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities,
• Experience with Power BI / analytical tools preferred,
• Having entrepreneurial mindset / business acumen,
• Having digital transformation / Project skills,
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
