Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, SVAR is looking for a new Strategic Sales Consultant to join our global team.
- Identify and engage high-value clients across fintech, gaming, or digital trust sectors
- Leverage existing networks to open doors and initiate strategic conversations
- Understand client pain points and unmet needs; translate them into blockchain-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to shape bespoke offerings
- Represent our company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and vertical positioning
- Operate independently with full ownership of pipeline and relationship management
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have 8-15 years of experience in sales, consulting, or business development
- Strong network in banking, fintech, gaming, or digital identity sectors
- Background in Web3, blockchain, or tech-enabled transformation preferred
- Proven ability to open doors and build trust with decision-makers
- Can consult and co-create bespoke, tailored solutions and products with client
- Fluent in English
