Reporting to the Director of Middle East–Africa, International Strategy and Business Development, this role is responsible for driving strategy-to-capture execution for priority defense opportunities in the region, with particular focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The role operates at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, business development, capture, partnership development, and internal alignment. The individual will proactively identify customer capability needs and ecosystem dynamics, and work with Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) and regional teams to help structure and support their developments into actionable pursuits, solutions, and credible win strategies, while ensuring coherence and alignment across regional teams and global business areas.
This is a hands-on, high-tempo role requiring strong judgment, learning agility, and the ability to move from insight to action in fluid and evolving environments. The individual will support the business across the full opportunity lifecycle, from early identification, through active capture and negotiations, and into the successful execution of current programs.
Preferred location:
Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with regional and international travel as required.

Continuously map and understand the regional defense ecosystem and decision dynamics, and convert that understanding into account strategies, pursuit prioritization, and capture plans.

Shape opportunities early by influencing problem framing, solution concepts, and partnership approaches ahead of formal solicitations.

Translate customer capability gaps into structured opportunities, aligning technology, partners, and internal resources to deliver credible propositions.

Support coordination and integration across internal functions (regional teams, Lines of Business, Programs leads and Offset) to help align priorities, synchronize inputs, and enable timely, decision-ready outcomes.

Ensure alignment between regional strategies and enterprise / business-area objectives, resolving disconnects and removing friction where needed.

Lead development of competitive strategies including positioning, differentiation, teaming, and value propositions.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry and technology players to strengthen access, relevance, and localization.

Maintain a living opportunity pipeline with clear ownership, next actions, and milestones.

Support executive-level customer engagement and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
