Key Activities

Strategy Implementation and Execution

• Assist in the development of SANS’ overall strategy which includes SANS’ vision, mission, values, strategic objectives and goals

• Assist in defining strategic initiatives to facilitate the implementation of the overall strategic plan

• Communicate SANS’ strategy and its initiatives to all departments and proactively liaise between departments to ensure alignment of all SANS operations with the overall strategy

• Monitor departments’ implementation of strategic initiatives and report findings accordingly

Data Collation and Reporting

• Assist in gathering the necessary data to conduct specific assessments activities related to strategic planning using tools such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE, stakeholder analysis, etc.

• Develop progress reports concerning the implementation of SANS’ strategy, objectives, goals and initiatives

• Maintain the strategic planning framework (process, templates, formats, timetables, etc.) for SANS

• Assist in developing the required reports on strategy implementation plan

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum years of experience in strategy planning / analysis / MIS reporting or equivalent is required.

Education and Certifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is require
