Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Revit Modeler / Structural BIM Modeler with 6+ years of experience in structural precast concrete projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit, precast modeling, reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D structural precast models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model precast elements such as walls, beams, columns, slabs, stairs, and balconies.
• Prepare Shop, Fabrication, GA, Erection, Reinforcement Drawings, and BBS.
• Model reinforcement and embedded plates, inserts, and lifting components.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, QA/QC, and project requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Structural Precast BIM Modeling experience.
• Strong experience in Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Knowledge of precast detailing, reinforcement modeling, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and BBS.
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred

• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 and basic Dynamo.
• Experience on industrial or large-scale precast projects.
