Structural BIM Modeler

We are hiring an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to be placed with a leading engineering consultancy in the UAE. The candidate must have strong experience working on consultant-side BIM deliverables, coordination, and compliance with authority and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality structural BIM models in line with consultant BIM standards and LOD requirements
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, GA’s, sections, and schedules for design and tender stages
• Coordinate closely with Architectural, MEP, and BIM Coordination teams
• Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings
• Ensure models comply with authority requirements, client guidelines, and project BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Support quantity extraction and design coordination as required by the consultant team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler
• Consultancy experience in the UAE/GCC is mandatory
• Immediate joining is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure (Navisworks is a plus)
• Experience on mid to large-scale projects (Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Infrastructure)
• Ability to work under a consultant environment with multiple stakeholders
