Structural Design Engineer

Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are a dynamic and growing design consultancy based in Dubai, delivering high-quality design and project management services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and review structural systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Prepare detailed structural calculations, reports, and construction drawings
• Manage and coordinate submissions to Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Building Code, local regulations, and international standards
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction
• Review contractor shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Monitor project progress and ensure structural integrity and safety standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE
• Proven experience with Dubai Municipality structural submission procedures
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code and applicable structural standards
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-rise, complex, or large-scale developments
• Familiarity with other UAE authority requirements (e.g., Trakhees, DDA, DEWA)
• Professional certification or membership (e.g., Chartered Engineer or equivalent)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
