Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer specialized in Post-Tensioned Slabs Design and strong background in structural design using RAM and SAFE software. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on post-tensioned concrete structures in the UAE, with a solid understanding of local codes and project requirements. A valid Dubai Municipality license or equivalent is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze post-tensioned slabs, Traditional slab systems and structural elements using RAM, SAFE and Etabs software.
• Develop construction drawings, tendon layouts, and calculations in compliance with UAE standards.
• Review and approve structural shop drawings and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure designs meet local regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (3-5) years of experience in structural design and analysis, with a focus on post-tensioned slabs.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. ASCE, ACI, DBC and authority regulations)
• Teamwork skills, and Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Required software skills:
ETABS / SAFE / Ram concept / Adapt builder (is a plus)

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
