Structural Draftsman

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Dubai for an Experienced Structural Draftsman. The Structural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing high-quality shop drawings, technical drawings, and architectural drawings. The role requires creating accurate and detailed drafting plans based on structural engineering concepts and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to streamline design processes. Close collaboration with engineers and architects will be key to ensuring all design specifications and construction guidelines are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience on structure drawings
• Proficiency in creating detailed Shop Drawings and Technical Drawings
• Experience with Architectural Drawings and Structural Engineering principles
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of design and construction documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in CAD software; knowledge of Revit is a Must
• Degree in civil engineering, drafting, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry
