• Preparation of Bulk MTO.
• Checking Drawings.
• Preparation of Tubular Profile.
• Generate Templates for profiles of different shapes.
• Site survey, manual drafting.
• Generate Design drawing.
• Preparation of Detailed drawings
• Preparation of As-Built drawings
• Interference checking of structure with Piping, Equipment, E&I etc.
• Preparation and Checking of MTO
• Preparation of nesting sheet for plate cutting & Tubular.
• Preparation of 3D models & presentation.
• Preparation of Crane Lifting plan.
• Preparation of Yard layout as per project Schedule.
• Preparing Transmittals/DIN.
• Printing/Scanning/Copying/Folding of Drawings and Documents.
• Data Entry (Joint Entries & BOM update in Ealps System).
• Carry out other activities as required/asked by seniors from time to time.
• Comply with HSE rules of company.
• Making manual sketches/ drawings with paper and pencil
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills
  
  

Tekla Proficiency

• Minimum 2 yr working experience in TEKLA.
• Should be experienced with Steel detailing and modeling.
• Experienced with General arrangement drawings, Assembly drawings generation as per requirement
• Experienced with Template and Report customization as per requirement
• Experienced with Custom component generation
• Generating plate nesting and tubular nesting programs
• Familiar with advanced option setup
