We are a leading manpower supply and engineering services company in the UAE, supporting major construction projects across high-rise, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman to join our team for high-rise building projects in Dubai.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Draftsman with a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-rise building projects, preferably within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, experience in preparing structural drawings, and the ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural drawings for high-rise building projects.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines (Architectural & MEP).
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE standards and project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings based on engineer/client comments.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Structural Draftsman in high-rise building projects. (Above 20 floors)
• UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of structural detailing, RCC drawings, and steel structures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
