About Us

We are a well-established architectural and engineering consultancy based in Dubai, delivering innovative and efficient design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We are currently seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural design and analysis for G+4 buildings (G+12 license is an added advantage).
• Coordinate effectively with architectural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
• Work within project timelines to ensure successful delivery of structural packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Dubai Municipality Licensed Structural Engineer (minimum G+4, G+12 license preferred).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience within the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure.
• Solid understanding of UAE building codes and authority submission processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
