Structural Engineer (Design)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Structural Engineer (Design) to lead and manage structural design projects across various sectors such as commercial, residential, infrastructure, or industrial. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in structural analysis and design, project leadership skills, and a solid understanding of relevant building codes and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the structural design process from concept through to construction for a wide range of projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, etc.).
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, design reports, specifications, and calculation packages.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with local and international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS, ASCE).
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, and other stakeholders during the design and construction phases.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and respond to RFIs during construction.
• Perform site inspections and structural assessments as needed.
