ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop detailed structural models and drawings using Revit software, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate structural design elements into architectural and MEP models, ensuring coordination and clash detection.
• Utilize BIM tools and workflows to optimize structural designs for efficiency, constructability, and sustainability.
• Assist in the creation of parametric families, templates, and standards to streamline modeling processes and improve project efficiency.
• Conduct model reviews and perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between disciplines.
• Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and other project documentation from BIM models.
• Support the coordination and communication of BIM-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software developments, and best practices in BIM and structural engineering.

General Skills and Info:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field

Ø 4-7 years of post-graduate experience in BIM

Ø Project delivery experience

Ø Must be interested to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
