Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, materials, and equipment procurement.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and cost-efficiency goals.
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in construction management or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Deep understanding of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, CM-Lean, or similar certification is a plus.
