Student Coordinator (Project Management)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Student Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management (or a related field) with 0–1 year of experience. The Student Coordinator will act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to ensure smooth academic and extracurricular processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, concerns, and support.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of student activities and academic programs.
  • Maintain and update student records, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Support orientation, admissions, and registration processes.
  • Coordinate with faculty and administration to resolve student issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing events, workshops, and training sessions for students.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management (or a related discipline).
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
