We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused Student Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities and student visa pathways.
• Assess students’ academic background, financial profile, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Guide students through admission procedures, documentation, and visa application processes.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective students.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with interested students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student profiles, applications, and follow-ups.
• Assist walk-in students and provide excellent in-office customer service.
• Stay updated on admission requirements, visa regulations, and education policies.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with the processing and marketing team to ensure smooth case handling.
