Student Counsellor

Join our team as a Student Counselor Officer, where you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. We are looking for a motivated professional to manage candidate processing and provide high-quality counseling services. This role is ideal for an organized individual who excels at interpersonal communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities Expert Counseling: Guide clients and candidates regarding available international programs, university requirements, and service options. Documentation Management: Handle end-to-end application processing and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous digital and physical records; ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout their journey. Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and a seamless student experience. Inquiry Handling: Professionally respond to inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings. Information Integrity: Ensure all details provided to clients regarding visas, admissions, and timelines are clear and accurate. Eligibility & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory). Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu. Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and professional email etiquette. Experience: Prior experience in counseling, HR, admissions, or document processing is a plus. Fresh candidates with a strong learning mindset are also encouraged to apply. Interpersonal Skills: Must be responsible, organized, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people.
