Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Call Center Executive to join our student counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, guiding students about educational programs, and assisting them through the admissions process. Ideal for someone passionate about education and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound queries.
- Provide accurate information about courses, admission requirements, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Proven experience in managing international campaigns, handling outbound/inbound calls with students from countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Counsel students to help them make informed educational choices.
- Follow up with students via calls, emails, or messages to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and update student records in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Handle student objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for lead conversions and document submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum intermediate or bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education background is a plus).
- Prior experience in a call center or student counselling role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
- Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
