Halcyon Aesthetic Academy is seeking a dynamic, confident, and professional Female Student Counselor cum Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This dual role position requires an individual who can effectively counsel prospective students, promote academy programs, convert leads into enrollments, and contribute to the overall business growth of the academy.
1. Student Counseling & Enrollment
- Provide detailed counseling to prospective students regarding aesthetic courses, certifications, and career paths.
- Understand student needs and guide them toward the most suitable programs.
- Manage walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist students throughout the admission and registration process.
- Maintain student databases and follow-up logs for timely conversion.
2. Business Development & Lead Conversion
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, aesthetic professionals, to promote academy programs.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for academy growth.
- Represent the academy at events, seminars, workshops, and career expos.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, and business development activities.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
4. Professional Conduct
- Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the academy’s reputation.
- Maintain high confidentiality regarding student information.
- Present a polished, confident, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in student counseling, aesthetics, medical setups, or sales will be highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle queries professionally and convert leads into enrollments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
