Student Counselor (Female)

Responsibilities:

· Guide and counsel students on academic matters, course selection, and career paths.

· Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the courses and programs offered by CB Tech Academy.

· Assist students in understanding the admission requirements and application processes.

· Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to help students identify their academic goals and develop personalized plans.

· Assess students' interests, skills, and abilities to recommend suitable courses and career options.

· Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success and satisfaction.

· Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes.

· Stay updated with industry trends and changes in educational policies.

· Contribute to the overall growth and development of CB Tech Academy's academic counselling services.

• Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with 0 to 5 years’ experience in counselling
• Should have counselling skills
• Communication and listening skills
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
