Under general direction, this position provides support for student finance operations teams. Performs the necessary student finance tasks as applicable to their team. This role is responsible for promoting student success through accurate and responsive processing of Title IV aid and providing support to our internal customers and external agencies. Runs and processes reports required to identify, track and follow up on outstanding students.
This role supports the administration of the Federal Work-Study (FWS) program for Chamberlain University and Walden University in compliance with institutional policies and Title IV federal regulations. The position involves awarding, monitoring, and reconciling FWS funds to ensure student eligibility and that earnings remain within approved award limits. The role partners with the universities to support student employment, monitor program utilization, and maintain institutional compliance with federal reporting and program requirements.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $27.36. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
