Student Placement Officer

eG Academy is looking for a proactive and results-driven Student Placement Officer to bridge the gap between our skilled students and the UAE’s top employers. If you have a background in HR or the labor supply industry and a passion for career development, we want to hear from you.

### Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, engage, and secure new corporate partnerships with UAE-based companies to create a consistent pipeline of job vacancies.
• Recruitment Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews between our students and partner employers, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.
• Interview Coaching: Conduct training sessions for students, covering CV writing, mock interviews, and professional etiquette to boost their employability.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on UAE labor laws and industry trends to better advise both students and partners.

### Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in HR, Recruitment, or within a Labour Supply company specifically in the UAE.
• Networking: Proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships within the local market.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and student records simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
