Student Relations Officer (SRO)

Position:

The Student Relationship Officer (SRO) is responsible for student enrolment through outreach strategies, session planning, and mentoring activities, The SRO will develop and implement strategies to enhance Peak Solutions' visibility and attract prospective students. This position requires a combination of Computer Science / IT, marketing, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

• Must have experience in student recruitment for short courses.
• A solid understanding of software industry trends is essential for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Candidate must know tactics for brand promotions and enhance/retain student recruitment.
• Candidate should have the experience to engage sourcing agents from inquiries, referrals, general searches, local influencers, etc., in line with SRO responsibilities.
• Provide guidance and information to prospective students and their families regarding the Short Courses, admission requirements, and job placement options etc.
• Must be confident in delivering workshops, presentations, conferences, networking events, and being in front of the audience/camera.
• Collect and analyze data related to outreach and enrollment efforts to identify areas for improvement and success.
• Provide input on the development of new programs and initiatives based on market demand.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, enrolment trends, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT, DS, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience of 1 year or more in outreach, marketing, business development, enrolment etc.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
