The Subcontracts Manager in the Oil & Gas sector plays a crucial role in overseeing the procurement and management of subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery. • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract management in the oil and gas sector.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of legal aspects and compliance issues in subcontracting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontracts simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite necessary.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
