This individual will join our HR team as the HR technology expert and drive system excellence across all SuccessFactors Modules.
This role is hybrid, onsite three days per week in our office in the Perimeter/Dunwoody area of Atlanta.
The SuccessFactors HRIS Administrator will serve as the primary subject matter expert and system administrator for all SuccessFactors modules (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Reporting). This role requires coordinating efforts across North American operations while working closely with the parent company in Chile to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment of the global HRIS platform.
