Summer Camp Counselor

We Rock the Spectrum is looking for energetic, responsible, and FUN individuals to join our Summer Camp team!

Camp Schedule:

Monday – Friday
8:15 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role:

Our camp serves children ages 2–10 years old in a high-energy sensory gym setting. Camp days include crafts, games, sensory activities, movement, snack/lunch supervision, and lots of play!

We are looking for team members who can:

• Lead small groups of children
• Facilitate crafts and structured activities
• Supervise gym play safely and confidently
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Communicate professionally with parents
• Work as part of a supportive team

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (required)
• Previous camp experience (preferred)
• Energetic, positive, and patient personality
• Ability to stay active throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Comfortable working with children of all abilities

• College students pursuing education, therapy, child development, psychology, or related fields
• Individuals who love working in a hands-on, active environment
