The Temporary Data Operations Assistant serves as a member of the Systems Management & Data Operations Team and assists with the daily tasks of cataloging inventory, assembling outgoing mail, opening and sorting incoming mail, making campus deliveries and scanning incoming documents using office equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Serve on the Systems Management & Data Operations Team
• Assist in assembling outgoing mail activities including daily outgoing mail, direct mail campaigns, and complex mass mailings
• Make campus deliveries and other office errands as needed
• Scan incoming documents using office equipment
• Taking and retrieving admissions mail to and from the college post office
• Opening and sorting incoming mail
• Assist in the organization, movement, and updating of the office print and publication inventory as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Education required to ensure success in this position:

• Some high school required
• High school degree preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Office environment experience preferred
• General office equipment operation experience is preferred

• Strong attention to detail in data entry and compiling outgoing communication
• Strong consistency, reliability and punctuality skills

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Required background checks

• Sitting, standing, walking, ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to navigate campus/public buildings and grounds

• Professional office environment with frequent interruptions by staff.

• Golf Carts
• Standard office equipment: computer, fax, phone, etc.
