Superintendent - Engine maintenance

Responsibilities

• Man management and effective utilization of man power as per the planned maintenance.
• Cost monitoring w.r.t budget.
• Plan to ensure the effectiveness of engine to run its desired power.
• Ensure critical instruments are calibrated as per OEM recommendations.
• Knowledge in handling, trouble shooting of engine.
• To support all RCA and CAPA implementation & Develop and implement maintenance procedures and calibration procedures.
• Develop Second line with all required trainings, Coaching and mentoring for safety aspects.
• Organize and Manage to complete One Time Capex's within time and as per budget, and Budget
  
  

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable)

10-15 years experience in engine maintenance
