Job Scope
To ensure efficient waste collection and disposal services for key accounts, meeting customer expectations and contractual requirements. Support operations by addressing disruptions, conducting inspections, and resolving service issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, with the aim of delivering reliable service, minimizing downtime, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities

Support the implementation of customer-specific protocols, special service instructions, and one-time collection requirements across shifts, ensuring appropriate selection of collection method (compactor or non-compactor) based on the waste category and site conditions.

Assesses manpower needs for new sites based on waste category, service scope, and shift requirements to ensure timely deployment, service readiness, and operational efficiency

Execute pre-collection arrangements including placement, sizing, visibility, labelling, and accessibility of bins, dumpsters, or specialized containers for various waste categories, matched with the suitable equipment type.

Coordinate with Transport Operations to ensure timely delivery and placement of containers aligned with shift rosters and customer requirements, including appropriate use of vehicles.

Conduct pre-collection site inspections for new or priority accounts to assess readiness, container placement, and collection method suitability (compactor or non-compactor), based on the specific waste category and volume.

Communicate special collection protocols and equipment requirements to the Live Operations team across all shifts to ensure clarity and operational alignment.

Escalate pre-collection issues such as unsuitable equipment allocation or container unavailability to the Key Accounts Executive or Manager for timely resolution.
Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in key account management, customer relationship management, filed operations or related discipline, preferably within waste management, transportation, utilities, or service industry, within public or private sector organizations, focusing on service delivery, operational coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Hands-on experience supervising field operations, coordinating daily job execution, and addressing real-time service disruptions for assigned customer accounts

Experience handling customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints while ensuring service quality and compliance with HSE requirements.
