-Job Summary

As a Store Supervisor at DeFacto, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the store. You’ll lead and support the team to ensure smooth functioning, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold high standards of customer service and brand presentation. You’ll be the bridge between store staff and upper management, ensuring that communication and execution are seamless.

- Key Responsibilities

• Staff Oversight & Scheduling
• Ensure all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance
• Inventory Management
• Oversee stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams as needed
• Team Support & Issue Resolution
• Handle staff concerns, complaints, and requests professionally
• Manage leave requests and absences, reporting to head office when necessary
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Store Operations
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and operational policies
• Support sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Reporting & Communication
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to higher management
• Communicate any operational issues or staff matters to the head office
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store functioning

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in retail supervision or team leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
• Familiarity with inventory systems and scheduling tools
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence
